Clara Baselga-Garriga has a background in Creative Nonfiction and Stem Cell Biology. She is currently a first year Masters in Fine Arts student at Columbia University. She did her undergraduate at Harvard University where she majored in English with a Secondary in Molecular and Cellular Biology. She was summa cum Laude in English, received Le Baron Russell Briggs Fellowship for an outstanding honors thesis, the Abramson Fellowship to conduct research at the Harvard Stem Cell Institute, and the Weissman International Grant award to study early childhood development in Mozambique. Prior professional experience includes research at the Melton Lab, Social Chair of Global Women’s Empowerment, and Staff Writer at the Harvard Crimson.
